Had a great and sweaty time here. All the teachers were really. If you’re looking for a fun way to workout, I recommend having a boxing session here👌

My partner and I originally came to Baan Krumuay needing only the gym facilities (day passes for just gym is approx. 99 THB). Little did we know, over the course of a month staying in Bearing area, we would come to love coming to this gym every morning, not only for being able to work out here but also there’s always an “energy” of enthusiasm, intensity, and activity here. We eventually decided to try out the Muay Thai training with the coaches here (they were always asking if we were down), and eventually we caved! As a first experience, it absolutely kicked our asses. We bought a 5-class pass which costs approx. 500 THB per class. Our conditioning was piss-poor, but our fun loving coaches always brought a smile on our faces which allowed us to slowly let the art of Muay Thai sink into our being. Classes start at the top of the hour every hour from 8am until 8pm, beginning with stretching and HIIT conditioning (10-15 min), and then pad work where you rotate between coaches (30 min), whom all have their own personal style and personality which makes it extra fun 🤩. Classes then end with some more conditioning and stretching at the end (10-15 min). Lard, Moon, Tom, Cha, And, and A - thank you for making our month in bangkok unforgettable at your gym!!! 🙇🏾
