Bangkok.biz is an online business directory for Bangkok and surrounding areas. We provide free and paid listing services for businesses, including business profiles, map placement, reviews, and search visibility.

3. User Accounts

To manage a business listing, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and listing.

4. Business Listings

Business listings may be created by our team or by business owners. Unclaimed listings contain publicly available information. Business owners can claim their listing by verifying ownership. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.

5. Paid Services

Pro and Premium subscriptions are billed annually. All fees are in Thai Baht (THB) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Active subscriptions will honor their current pricing until renewal.

6. Content Guidelines

Users must not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bangkok.biz website, design, and original content are owned by us. Business owners retain rights to their uploaded content (photos, descriptions) and grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bangkok.biz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of business or profits.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
