Reuse our guides
The text of every guide on bangkok.biz/guides is free to reuse under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You may quote it, translate it, adapt it and publish it, also on a commercial site, in a newsletter, in course material or in an AI tool.
What you must do
- Name Bangkok.biz as the source.
- Link to the guide you used (the page URL, not only the home page).
- Link to the licence and say if you changed the text.
The simplest way: copy the citation from the box at the end of each guide. It looks like this:
"Trademark Registration in Thailand: Fees, Timeline and Steps for Bangkok Businesses (2026)", Bangkok.biz, updated 4 November 2026, https://bangkok.biz/guides/trademark-registration-thailand (CC BY 4.0)
As HTML:
<a href="https://bangkok.biz/guides/trademark-registration-thailand">Trademark Registration in Thailand: Fees, Timeline and Steps for Bangkok Businesses (2026)</a> by <a href="https://bangkok.biz">Bangkok.biz</a>, licensed under <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/">CC BY 4.0</a>
What is not included
- Photos. Guide photos come from Wikimedia Commons and keep their own licence. The credit under each photo names the author and the licence.
- Listing data. Business listings, Google ratings, review counts and review texts are not covered by this licence.
- Our name and logo. Do not suggest that Bangkok.biz wrote, checked or endorses your page.
Keep it current
Fees, forms and rules in Thailand change. Each guide shows the date of its last review. When you quote a fee or a deadline, give that date, and link to the guide so that your readers can check the current version.
