Glaz Bar

This review is based on lunch. For a 5-star hotel there were many things lacking. Drink order arrived after the food was served and only because I reminded the server. Soup and main arrived at the same time. By the time I finished my soup and moved to the main, the main was cold. No soup spoon. Main, a chicken pasta dish with cream sauce, was as bland as they come. The saving grace was another nice server asking whether I wanted another main prepared. Lacking time, I declined. For a 1,000+ baht lunch for 1, there’s ample room for improvement.

The staff (Ram, Tarn, Gift,)provided excellent service. They were polite, attentive, and very professional throughout my visit. I was truly impressed.

The Glaz Bar in located in the lobby of the beautiful Athenee Hotel. We enjoyed visiting the Glaz Bar at night to spend time as a family and enjoy some cocktails. Everyone was always so friendly. Ramu and Tarn always provide amazing service and made my daughter feel extra comfortable and welcomed. An extra special treat, is there often a talented pianist playing. You’ll enjoy your night at the Glaz Bar, we always had a great time.
