I have no problems with cues as I came at the time they just open at 11 am. However if the transaction is a large sum, then it might take up to 15 minutes for the head offices to reconfirm back to them. I don’t know about the Lounge part nor about the snacks they give you but if it’s banking services, then I give them five stars

The staff were wonderful but the amenities provided need a Big Upgrade to reflect the 10 million baht eligibility to be a Wisdom Card Holder. For a cup of coffee, I would Definitely go somewhere else and Pay for it. But if you just need a bottle of water , you can't go wrong at Wisdom Lounge.

Generally ok for the lounge. But the time I went there for a statement, the queue for the service was not really as swift as I could expect of a Wisdom one. I waited around 25 minutes. Kind of unimpressive. But when it came to my turn, then it's not too slow.
