Their customer service is a joke, About 1 year ago when they first started this, i used their service, have an oil massage at home, they use baby oil and after my skins are full of acne and pimples. I got slipped down on my floor because the messieurs got oil everywhere on the floor. The company decided to offer me 15 mins free upgrade for my next service. So last week (Wednesday) i decided to try the Lymphatic Drainage Massage, they have replied very quickly and give me two time options. I agreed the price and time (either the coming Friday and Sunday), so i asked for my free upgrade, they refused, i quote: ''The offer was since 1 year and 4 months ago, May I offer you a welcome back discount 100 THB ? We cannot upgrade massage service to medical doctor service.'' I told them i can accept a 15% discount, and of course they refused and give me a long excuses. At the end we both agreed for the 15 mins upgrade. So on Friday i was waiting and contacting them, they ignore my Fb message, LINE message, i called on Sunday and they said cannot speak English and hangup. I tried to call again and it never go through. So i have asked my friend to use her IG account to write them, they replied immediately. So i have no idea what is going on. So i told myself, they do not welcome me to be their customer. So i will move on, there are many other massage parlour in Bangkok. Why bother then.
