This is my review of PIH in Pattaya. I have used the hospital for a number of years and have found it to be overall a positive experience. The staff communicate well and the doctors listen to patient suggestions and discuss options which is extremely important. The front desk staff are adept at communicating patient needs and make sure that language barriers disappear.

Came to the ER late at night. The service was excellent and very fast. Plenty of parking, the signs are large and clear, and the place is very clean.

I came here twice with a sick child with a fever exceeding 39°C. On the second visit, the hospital had no record of our previous visit. The doctor asked me, 'What should I do for you today?' in an angry way. They tried to do a blood test, but it was incredibly unprofessional; they couldn’t find the equipment in the emergency room and were just walking around looking for the things they needed to do this. This is an incredibly unprofessional and badly run place.
