The therapist was too noisy, talking excessively with the customer in a loud voice and laughing a lot. The conversation was completely nonsensical. Please remove the "Quiet" sign, as it’s ineffective when your staff doesn’t follow the rules. I come here to relax, not to listen to nonsense loudly. Additionally, do not order clients to do things, i want to tip the therapist by scan qr code or promptpay - well she doesnt have and other therapist just order me to transfer via her bank number instead. The therapist was too lazy to show her QR receive money code but insist asked me to type in her account information — what an attitude??? Why should I waste my time filling in your bank details just to give a tip? It’s a tip, not a debts do i own anyone money???? so sick attitude here Why do you have to order me? Please have some manners and avoid being talk nonsense. I am not your employee, okay? Moreover, when I declined to fill in her bank details to transfer a tip, the staff simply said, "You can scan the QR code for tipping me." That’s a silly and lazy way to handle it. Stop being bossy and please try to be more proper manner to customers—you will never get my tips that way and I will not waste my time to do complicate things because I don’t owe you anything.

DO NOT VISIT!!! Very bad service and ZERO techniques. Masseuse was merely touching my feet the entire time. Requested for more strength but she was very rude making sneering remarks (in Thai) and expressions to her partner. Even with requests to increase strength in the massage, she totally ignored but proceeds to take a stick and purposely rub my calves and feet very painfully. This stick does not help in relieving any soreness, it’s just a torturous 60mins [update: I read the reviews and realised the ones who also had a bad experience was done by an older therapist (old aunty- refer to photo). Mine was also an old aunty and it’s the same experience: rubbing lotion on my feet abd calves the entire time]

super disappointed with this place but not as disappointed that google doesn’t allow me to rate this place zero stars. feet were aching the whole day from walking ard so decided to try this place as it was near our hotel and the place looks legit, but honestly i would’ve rather spent the $30SGD ( 2pax 90min) somewhere else. rlly wonder why there’s a lot of ppl to massage but no one to massage for but i guess now we know why 🤷‍♀️ here’s the top highlights of my experience w this place!: 1. my masseuse is just rubbing lotion on me, touching and occasionally pinching me 2. no pressure at all, massaging the same 3 places the whole 90mins, no diff at all and i want the last 90mins back. i literally thought she was rubbing lotion on me for a good 5-10mins then realised she started the massage and sighed internally. 3. skimming on the time. i paid for 90mins and short change me. my mom next to me went later than me but somehow i finished first??? mind you we both opt for the same 90min massage 4. tickling. me. with. a stick. and why was she continuously slapping the fats of my leg for no reason like it’s doing anything??? 5. wanted to tell me mom “can we just go” bcs it was a waste of our time but i guess we paid alrdy so 🤷‍♀️ 6. mom’s massage experience was as bad as mine even tho the place is affordable, save your money, and esp on your TIME for something better than this. honestly i could’ve done a better job then them. i’d rather opt for my jb massage that will never disappoint also this is coming from someone who gets easily pain from massage and will either ensure the pain silently for the rest of the massage or tell them to not do so hard. i had to tell her to be harder but i guess there was a miss comm. if you’re too lazy to read all that, long story short this place sucks, i would give no stars if i could, and save your money and esp your time on somewhere better. okay thanks bye
