The lady who cuts your hair here is super nice and does great work! The guy who blow dried my hair though left my hair more damaged than when I arrived. I think he used excessive heat on it when I looked up it was all flakey and crisp 😭 Nice haircut, nice hair wash as well, but horrible blow dry experience… when you’re here just be mindful of it and be careful. Maybe it’s the drying, maybe it’s the product that they used, but for some reasons I left with my hair in worse condition… (at least I got a nice hair cut now I’ll just go use my hair product at home to revive it :(…)

i am very happy with the services. I did a color to cover grey hair, highlights, milbon and also olaplex treatments. The color came out beautifully. The staffs were polite and gentle. In addition to Goi, 2 of her staffs served me the whole time. 1 addition was that I did not ask for a cut as I planned to grow my hair longer for another stylish cut. However, Goi was kind enough to suggest trimming my hairs. I guess my messy hair could not show the best of the color/hightlight. Goi did not charge the cut though.

I just moved to Bangkok and was looking for a salon to try a new look. I found this place on Gowabi and they had a great package deal that included a cut, colour, perm, and treatment — basically everything for a full hair makeover! The staff were super friendly and professional, and they really listened to what I wanted. I asked for a hippie perm, which is usually quite tricky to get right, but they absolutely nailed it — the waves came out beautifully and the ash colour matched perfectly. On top of that, they took their time with the treatment and styling, making sure everything was done with such care and attention to detail. The result turned out even better than I expected😆 I’ll definitely be coming back🙏

It is a lack of skill on the part of the hairstylist if they cannot assess the condition of a customer’s hair before performing a straight perm. The customer is not responsible for that — you are. I had a straight perm done here, and my long hair turned into a completely different, severely damaged mess. It became frizzy, broken, and much shorter. Many Thai people seem unable to apologize. When I came back later to ask for a refund, the male receptionist didn’t say a single word — he just stared at me with lifeless eyes. The stylist who did my hair hid in the back of the salon. Being unable to apologize in a business setting is a serious problem. Aren’t you ashamed as Thai people?

I went for a perm at this hair salon and they went ahead with the perm without raising any issue / concern over the condition of my hair. Hence I thought everything is fine. However after the perm, I realised my hair become very fizzy and damaged. I wrote to the salon but the staff merely replied ‘your hair is already fizzy when you came for the perm’. This i find unreasonable given that I didn’t go there insisting /demanding for a perm . And usually, a hair stylist would have suggested otherwise if someone asked for a perm and their hair condition may not be suitable. At least this is what I have experienced in other hair salons and also back where I came from. Though language may be a barrier , I have been using Google translate to communicate with the hair stylist and her assistant. However they don’t seem to be very keen on using Google translate. I would have expected them to apologise and/or offer remedy to help make my hair condition better and not to just say things like your hair is already fizzy. My hair wasn’t damaged when I went to their salon. But now it is after the perm. I find their actions unreasonable, dishonest and unsympathetic. I will have to now explore other hair salons for a remedy and cut off the damaged parts. Appreciate if the hair stylist and salon can consider your actions - for future clients of yours
