Everyone is so welcoming, the facilities are perfect and you learn so much here. The team teach you at your own pace and ensure you’re content and enjoying yourself throughout. This gym was a perfect find! I’ve trained in a few gyms in and around Bangkok and the trainers here really give you all their effort. As someone who is relatively new to Muay Thai I found that some gyms weren’t really interested in training me, and my training often felt like a fitness class rather than helping me level up on my skills. Here, I have been shown how to build on my skills, learn combinations and have everything corrected when needed. It’s a tough training session but great fun! Check it out if you’re in the Bangkok area.

Great gym and centrally located in Bangkok. I have lived in Thailand for 4 years and have found it hard to find a gym that has a complete class structure. So was really happy to find this place. The trainer is patient and correct your technique along the way, allowing for maximum improvement. This gym trains you hard, in an enjoyable and professional way, teaching drills, pads, strength and conditioning etc. It also has a really friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit!
