This is our 1st time that we go for our annual physical check up @Vimut Hospital. We were received by a team of warm and attentive nurses, guiding us from each stations professionally. I was expecting to spend the whole morning here but it was completed within 2 hours. Meals Vouchers were given for us to break our fast and after which we head to hear our medical report. We were attended by Dr. Varassira, a beautiful Thai lady, highly accommodative, patient, attentive and with a humourous personality. She exercise professionalism when analysing our medical report and does not pull back when recommending appropriate follow-ups with the relevant medical authority based on our medical report. She exercise patience with wisdom upon hearing our concerns. Always ready to receive and deliver a punch of humour! 🤣 Never a minute of boredom! We left her consultation room with peace and relief and we were impressed by her professionalism. Looking forward to coming back to Vimut Hospital next time! Good job 👍 everyone!

We booked the VIP room for one night for post-surgery care. The hospital room is very clean and they provided plentiful beverages and snacks. The toilet was very spacious, they also provided amenities such as shower cap, soaps, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste along with towels. Room had smart TV so we can watch netflix during our stay. Staff were very helpful and attentive; also spoke in English which helped a lot.

For a private hospital of this level, the experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve been to this hospital many times and was always impressed by the kindness and professionalism of every department except neurology, which was quite disappointing. The consultation with the neurologist (doctor) was rude and not professional, and lacked any meaningful medical guidance. It’s unfortunate that a hospital positioned as “premium” delivers a service that feels so indifferent. I reached out to the customer relations team for resolution, there’s still complete silence.

On June 9, 2025, I underwent a liposuction procedure performed by The Klinique, which took place at this hospital. I was alone, with no companion. The surgery lasted from 8 PM to midnight, and afterward, I was unconscious and placed in room 1525. While I was unconscious, someone — most likely a nurse — accessed my personal belongings. They opened an envelope and my wallet, and deliberately took 430 USD, 100 Euros, and 50 AUD. My Rupiah and Thai Baht were left untouched, which clearly shows that the money was intentionally selected. I reported this incident through a staff from The Klinique named Rose, who told me a report was filed and that CCTV footage would be reviewed. However, I have not received any follow-up since. This was a deeply unsettling experience. I hope both The Klinique and the Vimut hospital take this case seriously and improve their security measures for patient protection.

Here for the annual check-up. Only 1 staff available at the registration. I was waiting so long just to register. The staff should have called other staffs, instead of keeping the customers waiting and waste their time. However, the nurses in the check-up area are very nice and friendly. Every process here is sooooooo long, from registration to cashier. They are nice, but so unprofessional.
