I came to Thailand from overseas with very limited knowledge of local hospitals, and this hospital was recommended to me by ChatGPT. As this was my first major surgery, I was nervous at first, but the entire experience made me feel completely safe and well taken care of. Dr. Chettasak is extremely professional and experienced. From the consultation and size recommendation to the surgery and post-operative follow-ups, everything was handled with great care and confidence. My pain only lasted about three days, and I recovered very well by the fourth day. The nursing team , my lovely “sisters” ,were incredibly caring, patient, gentle, and always positive. Even when I stayed alone at the hotel, they came regularly to check on me and always brought warmth and encouragement. They truly brightened my heart during recovery. The hospital rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and fully equipped , just like a five-star hotel. I honestly felt emotional when leaving because I was so grateful for the trust, care, and professionalism I received here. I chose this hospital after comparing options in Singapore and China, and I feel very lucky that I made the right decision. Highly recommended

I attended this clinic for a colonic vaginoplasty. I've been very happy with my experience so far, the surgery was a success without any complications and the nursing team has been fantastic and immediately responsive to any issues. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day and the ward system is very discrete. As a English speaker complex communication can be a little difficult so I would recommend you have a translation app on standby for asking the nurses any questions, and definitely make friends with any who do speak fluent English to use as a point of contact and translator, this has really been my only issue though. Overall, the quality of the care and the facilities both really stand out, I've felt as safe and well looked after as I could be in the circumstances, my experience staying here has been very positive and I would recommend this clinic to anyone else seeking bottom surgery.
