About the company

I plus Q has made aromatherapy, spa and natural personal care products in Thailand for more than 20 years. Its head office and production unit are near Bangkok, in Nonthaburi. The group also has a production unit and a regional office in Foshan, China.

The company works as a one-stop OEM and ODM partner for brands, hotels and spas. Its team helps with the brand concept and the formula, tests each product for safety and stability, designs the label, and gets the registration number that Thai FDA rules require on the label. Spas in five-star hotels are among its long-term customers.

Distributors sell I plus Q products in Vietnam, in the Gulf from the United Arab Emirates, in Hong Kong and Macau, and in Scandinavia from Copenhagen. The factory has had GMP certification since 2007, and the company also holds ISO 22716 and ISO 9001. Its awards include the Thailand Spa & Well-being Awards (2012–2016 and 2025), the Prime Minister Herbal Award 2017 for its "Rice for Life" collection, Thailand Trusted Quality 2019 and the Prime Minister's Export Award in 2019 and 2020.
