I recently had a wonderful stay at Arte Hotel Bangkok, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the perfect location near Asoke BTS to the modern, stylish rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality. A huge thank you to OIL for being so attentive and professional. His/Her proactive attitude and warm smile made me feel welcome from the very first moment. Whether it was coordinating details or ensuring my comfort, OIL handled everything with grace and expertise. I also want to give a special shout-out to Quentin. He is exceptionally efficient and went out of his way to assist with my requests, making the entire stay seamless and stress-free. The dedication shown by both OIL and Quentin is a testament to the high standards of service at Arte Hotel. The rooftop pool and the overall vibe of the hotel are fantastic, but it’s the staff that makes this place a true gem in Bangkok. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is conveniently located in Sukhumvit, within walking distance from Terminal 21. Hotel is comfortable and basic, value for money given the location. It is also walking distance from a huge Healthland (asoke) so we could get a massage at night before we slept. Overall great basic hotel for a night’s rest. There was traffic noise though as we were on a low floor.

The hotel is within walking distance of Terminal 21 shopping mall, which makes it very convenient. The property is lovely and comfortable overall. However, the pubs next door can get a bit loud at times, and the doors are not very soundproof. If you’re a light sleeper, the noise might wake you up occasionally. That said, the room is cozy enough that I was able to fall back asleep quite quickly.
