Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is always warm and genuine. The atmosphere feels very relaxed and it’s really a “come as you are” kind of place, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable. A special shoutout to Khun Gamey. I had previously met him at Bar.Yard and he has always been incredibly welcoming every time we visit. It’s small touches like this that make the hotel feel personal. The location is fantastic. Situated right in the center of Bangkok but surrounded by greenery, which makes it feel like a little escape from the hectic city. The green space around the hotel is beautiful and really adds to the calm atmosphere. It’s also very convenient being connected to the Velaa community mall, with lots of great bars and restaurants just steps away. Another big plus is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which gives the whole place a lively and relaxed vibe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the price feels very reasonable for the quality and location. Overall, it’s in one of the best neighborhoods in Bangkok and a place I’d happily come back to again.

So much thanks to Ms. Grape. Her attitude and her hospitality gave us a superb lasting impression on Kimpton Maalai. She was absolutely the most smiling and courteous hotelier I’ve ever seen in my whole hotel journey in last 10 years of Bangkok visits. What a splendid job! Thank u again and I look forward to visiting here again with my family next time. Maalai deserves its name indeed 🤩

Truly a 5 star experience. From check-in to check-out, we were truly impressed. Tina at the front desk was very welcoming and such a delight. The rooms are spacious and clean, overall very nice touches and not one aspect missed in the design. We were in the Sindhorn suite and it was phenomenal. Gave us more than enough room, with a closet and living room w/fridge and daily coffee. My husband and I both had massages at the spa and that did not disappoint. Tid gave me the BEST massage of my entire life, and I don’t say that lightly… it was perfect. Risa gave my husband his massage and he also said his was the best. The pool is awesome. The entire staff could teach a master class in 5 star service, from breakfast and coffee to the spa, front desk, door people and cleaning staff - hands down the best.
