The worst nail salon in Ari. Terrible service. I'm posting this here for everyone to read. The service was terrible today. I have many friends who get their nails done at this salon, but after today, my friends went to other salons. They didn't even return my 300 baht deposit. This is dishonest; it's practically theft. You rushed me to come because you said my appointment was at 3:30 PM, but I misread it as 4:30 PM. When I arrived at 4:10 PM, the technician who was supposed to do my nails still had other customers, and I had to stand and wait until 4:20 PM. Once I was finally seated, you said you couldn't do my nails, even though I sent you clear reference pictures of the nails beforehand. You claimed you didn't have time. You yourself sent the QR code for the 300 baht deposit, which I questioned at the time, but I transferred it because I thought I would get the nails done as shown in the pictures, for which I had a 400 baht deposit. Having so many appointments back-to-back and then not being able to do my nails is the salon's fault, not the customer's. But you didn't say or explain directly. This isn't good business practice. To be frank, I am very dissatisfied and will not be using your services again.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I arrived on time for my appointment, but no one greeted me, so I waited outside for a while. When I was finally acknowledged, the nail tech was still working on another customer even though it was already my scheduled time. She eventually sat me down and started working on my nails. I showed her the reference photos and reminded her of the conversation we previously had. She suddenly said she didn’t have time to do the extension that was part of my appointment. I politely asked for my deposit back so I could get the service done elsewhere, but she refused and her attitude completely changed. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Refusing a refund for a service they couldn’t provide is shameful business practice. Take your money elsewhere—plenty of salons treat their customers with honesty and respect.
