Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park by IHG

Firstly, the food was amazing. One of the best places I've ever eaten at. They had overall great hospitality. The services were exceptional, and the staff were super kind. In my opinion, the location was pretty good. It had easy access to public transportation (the MRT blue line) and it also had an abundance of shopping malls around it.

Location is excellent, very close to both the BTS and MRT. There is a small mall right next door, and just a short walk away you can reach Central Park. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was a bit small, but it was comfortable. My parents said the breakfast was very good, with many Asian dishes to choose from. The only downside is that the ground floor (G floor) could use some renovation. It is quite busy with many people coming and going. There could be more seating in the resting area, and the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, we would definitely visit again if we have the chance in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. And although it was a short one, the hotel made it feel like a great stay with good service and even got an upgrade as well as the location being very convenient in the middle of Silom. Room was spacious and very modern. Bed was soft as well as the pillows but the TV couldn’t connect to my Apple device or YouTube whatsoever. Even ordered room service and the food was excellent. Crab fried rice, chicken satay were great and the mango juice slightly lacking flavour. Very great and convenient service at 11pm at night! Only thing I didn’t enjoy too much was the breakfast buffet and I don’t think it’s worth it as there are lots of great options nearby and the only positive is if you want to eat early in the morning as most other places are closed till 10am.
