Dental Veneer Bangkok - Dental Bay - Dental Clinic

I was visiting BKK (April 2024) from the USA, and i thought I'd get a cleaning and retainers as I had heard prices were more affordable in Thailand than in USA. But it was a mistake to come here. Terrible experience. Hygienist (or dentist?) damaged my enamel. She pressed way too hard on my teeth with drill, and the whole cleaning was very painful. I pointed out that something felt and looked strange in two of my teeth, and she vehemently denied anything was wrong with them. When I came back to my regular hygienist in my town, I explained what happened at Dental Bay, and she examined my teeth and confirmed the enamel had been damaged in my last cleaning (at Dental Bay). To this day, i can see the permanent enamel damage on two of my teeth. Also, the retainers I bought at Dental Bay (2 Hawley and 2 Clear) broke after only months. 2 of them broke within the first 3 months. The one that lasted longer was only 9 months. Do not go here!!

Lowest quality of teeth cleaning I have ever had. Went there for teeth cleaning and chose full cleaning, which includes: cleaning, polishing, and air flow. Although it states the whole cleaning takes 30 minutes, all 3 procedures were done much faster than that. The doctor did everything carelessly, and it seemed she just wanted to finish everything as fast as she could. First, she did a bit of cleaning, then she polished a little bit of my teeth only in the front. Polishing took about 1 minute and just front teeth, and then she did the air flow very fast and carelessly. Everything was finished in 15-20 minutes, and the result was bad. Some areas were not cleaned properly. I have done it several times before in Bangkok and can compare. It looks like this place is just a tourist trap. Not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I am a tourist and I came to this clinic to fix my fall off veneer tooth. They did not help me in anyway, did not do anything to improve the condition of my teeth. All they did was scan my teeth for 2 minutes and concluded that I had to follow treatment for a long time, but the official doctor was not working. The one who examined me was just a temporary doctor. After that, I even had to keep reminding them to give me the bill for 20 minutes, because the receptionist and the doctor were serving another foreign guests. They completely ignored me even though I said I needed to get out of there soon to find another dental clinic. I didn't want to leave without paying the fee, despite the fact that it only took them 2 minutes to see my teeth and tell me condition. In the end, I had to spend 300 baht to pay for 2 minutes to check the teeth and waste my time here. The really bad service at this clinic, contrary to the reviews that have been written, left me disappointed, devastated and sad. I love Thailand very much, love the friendly Thai people. All services in Thailand are performed with a high standard, bringing total comfort and satisfaction to me. It makes me appreciate Thai people as reliable workers with warm hearts and with all both passion and responsibility. But this clinic has left me extremely disappointed. Luckily, I found a clinic nearby, the dentist at the new clinic spoke very good English, they helped me fix my teeth perfectly, did it thoroughly, cleaned all my teeth and I only had to pay 1400 baht for the entire cost fee. I am very lucky indeed. Warning everyone should be careful when using the service here.
