I’m in my late 40s and have taken great care of my teeth all my life. The dentist here rushed through the cleaning and didn’t even bother to floss. I told them directly that they’d lost my business permanently and walked out. Very disappointing experience.

I begin this review with a great sadness and wish I didn't have to say the following. However this is my real experience. My experience with Dr Dentist began well and I was initially very happy to begin the process of replacing my top and bottom teeth with fitted dentures as well as repairing the teeth that were still worth saving. The person who began the work was lovely however she failed to communicate that she was leaving to go on holidays and that's when my nightmare began. A new dental technician? took over and didn't communicate what was going on when I thought I was having a root canal this person removed nine teeth without my knowledge (due to language barrier and anasthesia I was left toothless, majorly infected and without a voice to sort the issue out. The dentures made do not fit and I paid more money than the Australian equivalent and am left with no teeth to chew and dentures that rip my gums to pieces due to sharp steel wires that cut immediately if I try to use them. Although the owner stated she would fix the problem I am still yet to have the original toot canal and can only eat soup or mashed vegetables. The owner became visibly angry at me for no real reason and although I am a frequent visitor to Bangkok am left without a caring service to take responsibility. I will start the process again and pay for Australian dental care that I know is backed by guarantee. I wish I could give this service a good review because it began well and the people were nice at the start before I handed over the money.
