Location is convenient. Two BTS station at walkable distance. The staff was quite nice to me. Room was good. Tried their breakfast once wasn't a big fan of it. Overall the stay was good and the location of hotel is really convenient

The rooms are clean and well maintained for the most part. Everything was clean and spick and span. But the rain shower needed maintainance. It had a rusty smell when turned on, with a weird flow. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of thai and other options. Thai breakfast is the best honestly. The only peeve, is that the ONLY water they give you is two 500ml bottles PER DAY. If you ask for more, it's 20 baht a bottle. I'd think water is an essential amenity for paying guests who shouldn't have to pay you extra for a basic human right. The staff were friendly and accomodating but the water thing just threw me off

Stayed at Galleria 10 Hotel in Bangkok and had a very solid experience overall. The staff were excellent, friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. That alone goes a long way in Bangkok hotels and they nailed it. The pool is good and usable, but it’s clearly due for an upgrade. It’s starting to look a bit tired and dilapidated, which stands out against the rest of the hotel. Room was great. Clean, fresh, well maintained and with a big bathroom, which is always appreciated. Housekeeping was on point throughout the stay. Location is also a strong point. Easy to get around, close to plenty of food, shops and transport, without being stuck in the chaos. All up, a good hotel with great staff, solid rooms and a location that makes life easy. The pool just needs some love to match the rest of the place.

The hotel has a great location, and the property is clean and comfortable. Our 3-day stay was overall fine. However, we were very disappointed with the management, especially the hotel manager, who was quite rude and unhelpful. We requested to store our luggage for 2 days while we traveled to Koh Samui, as our domestic flight did not include baggage. Despite clearly explaining our situation, the request was denied unless we had a confirmed booking for our return. Since we were running late and had no other option, we had to book an additional room at a much higher price just to store our luggage, even though we did not need the room. We had stayed here a few years ago and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, the hospitality and flexibility seem to have declined. Great property and location, but the management needs to be more guest-friendly and professional.

The location of the hotel is great and the property itself is nice and comfortable. Rooms were clean and the overall stay for 3 days was fine. However, we were extremely disappointed with the management and their lack of flexibility. We had an early morning flight to Koh Samui and requested to store our luggage for 2 days as we were coming back to Bangkok before flying to our home country. Since our domestic flight did not include luggage, we genuinely needed temporary storage. Despite explaining our situation clearly, the hotel denied our request and said luggage could only be stored if we had a confirmed booking with them after 2 days. Even after multiple requests, they refused to help. We were running late and had no other option but to book an additional room at the last minute — at a much higher price — just to keep our luggage in their completely empty storage room. The room was of no use to us, as we were leaving for our home country the same day we returned from Koh Samui. It was very disappointing. We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a much better experience then. Unfortunately, it feels like the hospitality and warmth have declined. Good property, great location — but management needs to be more guest-friendly and flexible in genuine situations.
