Mixed feelings overall. The clothes are beautiful, well displayed, and easy to style. Changing rooms are clean and spacious, and most staff were attentive and helpful while I was trying things on. However, the experience fell apart at checkout. The cream top I wanted to buy had an obvious makeup stain, which I pointed out when asking for a new one. The staff member seemed unconcerned, said it was the last one (or only available in another size), and responded abruptly when asked about other locations. The lack of apology and dismissive attitude left me feeling uncomfortable, as if I was expected to buy a stained item. Great products and setup, but disappointing customer service at the end.

The female sales associate who checked me out and the male associate were nice and helpful in finding items on my list. However, one female associate was rude. When I was handling a purse I intended to buy and struggling to close it, she said in a rude and aggressive tone, “I can close it.” I tried not to look too deep into it due to a possible language barrier, but after my mother closed it, the associate proceeded to take the purse from her and walked away without saying anything. She did not ask if I wanted to buy it or offer to take it to the front. I actually wanted to purchase the purse, but after that experience, I did not. This was unexpected and not the service I have experienced in Thailand before. You would think we were beating it up the way she was acting.
