Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke

I had a lovely stay at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke with my family. We stayed in a triple room for 3 nights. The room was very spacious, elegant, and very clean. The main bed was comfortable and the room had good amenities. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety and everything tasted great. I especially enjoyed the Japanese and Thai corner. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. The only small issue was with the extra bed we requested. The room had a king-size bed, and we requested another bed. However, the mattress of the extra bed seemed a bit old and the mattress layer was quite thin, so it was not very comfortable to sleep on. We requested a mattress change, but the replacement was similar. Since we stayed only 3 nights, we managed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would still give 5 stars for the service, location, and overall experience. Thank you for the hospitality. Love from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. Highly recommended! 😊

Our stay at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for 7 days and nights during our very first trip to Thailand, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant, where Oui provided truly outstanding service. She paid incredible attention to detail, remembered our preferences, and made sure we had everything we needed to start our day. Her warm and friendly nature made breakfast something we looked forward to every morning. After busy days exploring Bangkok, we loved unwinding in the bar area at the hotel. Benz, Ten, and Tom were exceptional. Their service was above and beyond — always welcoming, attentive, and happy to chat with us about our day or offer helpful suggestions. They really made our evenings relaxing and enjoyable. What stood out most during our stay was the genuine kindness of the staff. They made us feel like family, and we are truly grateful for the care and hospitality we received throughout our visit. Thailand is full of kind and gentle people, and our experience at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke was the perfect introduction to this beautiful country. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We hope to return again one day. 🌏🙏✨

We stayed at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke, which until a few years ago operated as a Pullman under the Accor group and you can feel the older style of the building and rooms. The furniture looks a bit tired and dated, although everything is kept clean and generally well maintained. On our first day the toilet in the room broke and the water kept running continuously, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it the same day, which we really appreciated. The reception staff were always friendly and polite, and check‑in and check‑out were smooth and professional. Breakfast was one of the highlights, the buffet is extremely rich with a very wide variety of dishes, so everyone can easily find something they like. There are plenty of hot options, fresh fruit and pastries and overall the quality is very good. At times it even feels almost too much, simply because there is so much choice. The hotel pool is located on the 7th floor and looks nice, but the water was very cold, so it was not particularly pleasant to stay in for long. The room itself had a comfortable bed and we slept well, but the decor and overall style clearly reflect the older design from the former Pullman days. Still, the room was clean and in good condition, so for us it was acceptable. Overall, this is a well‑located city hotel with kind staff and an excellent breakfast, but if you are expecting a brand‑new, modern Hilton, the somewhat old‑fashioned feel of the rooms and furniture might be a slight disappointmen.
