I had a wonderful stay at Koon Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staffs were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was good except one very small thing we purchased a coffee from a restaurant at reception and we had some food with us which we wanted to heat in microwave and for that too they charged that was really weird. The sweet lady at reception tried on our behalf but according to their rules it was like this only. Room was good, pool was good, blue hippo red 🐊 sauna was good, spa was good, we had couple spa session before leaving for our home,it was sooo good, the old lady and a young gentleman with magic in their hands, breakfast buffet not recommended as we had breakfast buffet at other resorts in Thailand it was not worth it at all. All staff no matter who...were all so good, polite and respectful, i wanted to give it 4 star giving 4 because of the hospitality i received. 1 star less due to restaurant, buffet and yes noise of course as construction work is going on. Also received a souvenir from hotel, its a keychain with hotel name.

This was a brilliant hotel for me amd my team to stay in during a sports tournament. The staff both when making the reservation and when we arrived were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this spot! Thank you to Guy for being so helpful carrying my shopping as well!

The hotel is clean, cozy, and has very friendly staff, but it doesn’t match its 5‑star rating. The bathroom was small with only lukewarm hot water, and the breakfast selection was limited—especially the bakery options, which were just bread. The pool is also quite small and can feel crowded easily. For the price (about 1700 THB per night), it’s a decent stay, but the 5‑star label creates expectations the hotel doesn’t meet. On the bright side, the staff were great and even prepared a breakfast package for our early flight. The location is convenient with many food options within walking distance. A good choice if you plan to spend most of your time outside, but not ideal if you want a relaxing, resort-style experience.
