During my entire one-month stay the room was never cleaned and the linens were never changed. Despite this, they deducted 1,000 THB from my deposit for a cleaning/laundry service called “CLO” that isn’t mentioned in the contract. When I tried to be reasonable and talk to the reception they sent me laughing emojis on WhatsApp and talk to me very rudely

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised having a gym, but that turned out to be a big disappointment. The gym was extremely minimal and barely had any proper equipment. I went to Fitness24Seven, only 6 min away by foot. Unfortunately, I also found a very small cockroach in my room. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it does say something about the overall cleanliness of the room. The air conditioning was another problem. The swing flap was broken, so the airflow couldn’t be adjusted properly. On top of that, I could visibly see mold inside the unit. I reported these issues at checkout and they did take the matter seriously wich I appreciated. The location, however, is really nice. Its situated in a more local part of the city with plenty of great little places around to eat and have drinks.
