Came for a male haircut and hair colouring this morning. I was served by a woman named Joey, and both haircut and hair colouring went pretty Ok until she offered me a head massage for 600 baht. This price seems to be too big for Bangkok, and I politely refused. After that we went to wash my head, and Joey started literally to scratch my skin with her nails, which was painful. Although the previous head wash which she did before my haircut was really gentle.I politely asked Joey not to scratch, and she excused. 40 seconds passed, and she started to scratch my neck with her nails. I was indignant and told her to stop. She stopped. After that we went to dry my hair, and Joey started to scratch my head forcefully with a heavy hairbrush, and that was painful again! After I left the barbershop I found a wound with some blood on my head! So the woman literally made harm to me because I refused to pay 600 baht for a massage which costs 200-300 baht in a professional massage salon. I am not afraid of wounds or blood, I am afraid of infections that can be transmitted through dirty nails and non-desinfected hairbrushes in a barbershop. I was polite with Joey, I paid 1180 baht for the service, and I do not deserve to be infected with Hepatitis C or smth just because I didn't agree to pay additional 600 baht for this massage!
