A big thank you to the whole team at Marriott townhall ;))) The concierge and breakfast crew made me feel like welcome back home ;))) We do have a great time for our holidays. Every time before we reached already get everything settled down perfectly,thank you K.Petch for your patience and support, from the bottom of my heart:) And thank you to the housekeeping lady K.Supot who always did her best to keep my room stunning, K. Thinakorn who truly deserve appreciation as well. Thank you all for the lovely service and genuine hospitality!❤️

I had an amazing experience in this place. I won't ever forget. The best part about this place is their staff. They are so so courteous, very polite and always ready to help! Our smooth check in happened thanks to Ms Ginger. Ms Rin who took care of our breakfast. Mint, Tangaleno always took care of my iced Latte orders! Over all, a beautiful experience

I spent time at the pool area of Marriott Executive Apartments Townhall, and honestly, it’s one of those places that immediately makes you slow down. From the moment you walk in, the experience feels calm, polished, and genuinely welcoming. The concierge and reception set the tone straight away. Beautifully presented, relaxed, professional, and friendly without being forced. You feel looked after, not processed. The pool area itself is outstanding. There’s a stunning waterfall flowing beside a truly magnificent ancient tree, said to be around 150 years old. It gives the whole space a grounded, almost sacred feeling. You’re in central Bangkok, yet it feels peaceful, green, and quietly luxurious. The staff deserve special mention. A lovely young lady named Meow looked after us with warmth, attentiveness, and a natural kindness that can’t be trained, only lived. Another staff member, A, also took great care of me. Nothing was rushed, nothing felt like a chore. Just genuine hospitality. Everything is exceptionally clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is easy, refined, and comfortable. From what I’ve heard, the rooms are equally beautiful, and based on the common areas alone, that wouldn’t surprise me at all. This is one of those places where the luxury isn’t loud. It’s quiet, confident, and consistent. A genuinely beautiful environment made even better by the people who work there. Highly recommended if you appreciate calm elegance, excellent service, and spaces that feel good to be in.
