Had a horrible experience with them. I called them beforehand because my child does not watch screen and is difficult to manage but they assured me and said we have expertise and experience to manage toddlers. All they did was put a screen infront of him which didn’t distract him as expected. They were extremely rude and impatient, they didn’t even attempt to distract or calm my child down. He started crying because of the rough behaviour and I had to stop the session in less than 5 minutes because it got unsafe for him. They still made me pay 700 thb even though the stylist ruined by boy’s hair

I had a very disappointing experience at Milk Salon when I took my child for a haircut. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude to me for no apparent reason. I couldn't help but feel like they had some kind of bias against me, perhaps because I am Arab or Muslim. What was even more upsetting was how they handled my son. The stylist was very rough, holding his head too tightly, which made him uncomfortable. I tried to tell her to be gentler, but she didn't listen, and my son started to cry. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I felt mistreated and unwelcome. I hope the salon takes feedback seriously and improves how they treat all their customers. It's too much for 700 baht
