Worst customer service and massage ever in my life. Seriously. Avoid miumiu salon. I was there yesterday. The environment looks quite ok just that the property it’s a bit hidden behind a building. I felt something wrong when the treatment get started- the head resting place has no towel or supporter - I just literally place my face on a plasticky head rest with my face facing down. The masseur realised and she gave me a pillow after a while. She asked me where I want to focus- I told her my shoulder and neck. She kept massaged my waist and butt instead with different pressure using her left and right hand. Once my eyes were covered in towel, here the worst ever experience I have encountered in my WHOLE LIFE. No joke. She placed her phone on the massage bed and massaged using just 1 hand. She even stopped to massage for like 10 seconds regularly to play with her phone for the whole massage process. The disgusting part was she sat wholly with her body weight on my back. I clearly can felt it because she took the phone up and placed it on the bed. I can felt each time she pressed the phone with one hand as the phone was placed on the bed. The disgusted thing was when she trimmed my finger nails- she cut my skin twice and I asked her to stop after she was trying to trim my fourth finger. She kept sighing along the process- like every 5 minutes along the whole processes for almost 2 hours. The ear cleaning part were literally using different kind of tools to run through your outer ears for like 2-3 circles and she did the way she likes (one circle on my left ear and twice on the right ear which is not consistent at all. For massage, same thing as she is not consistent on left and right part of my body. She blowed my hair with the wire running through my neck and body. Obviously the wire was intertwine but she didn’t even care to unwine it. The price is seriously reasonable (1200 bath for 100 minutes) but even if they charge 300 baht for 2 hours I would not waste my time even 1 minute here. I would not want even if the services were free of charge. Really! Please avoid miumiu salon at all costs and causes.
