New Zealand Visa Centre

I sent my passport nearly two weeks ago and my passport is still not yet send back to me despite the fact that I paid the fee really early and after many phone call with them that waste me a lot of money. There reason is they get too much work which is not good enough. I would understand if it takes a week and not more than two weeks. Call the customer services many times. Each time I met with different people I got different answer regarding which stage my passport is on. Customer service said they receive my payment since last week wednesday and by Monday the next week my passport is still under scanning process. Customer service is friendly and pick up your phone real quick but you cannot really trust what they said and they didn't give you any reason or explanation. Most of the time they said I will check or we will scan your passport (they told me they will scan my passport and one week later it still under scanning process).

terrible... if you come early for the queue be ready .... the building is old, dark and NO A/C SYSTEM in the public areas... you will sweat like enter the shower...
