I used the Non-O Retirement Visa service, and from the moment I started connecting with the Thai Visa Centre and asking questions, they were very supportive and comprehensive, and the tracking and messaging technology is very high-tech and efficient. They are very prompt in responding and extremely friendly. I want you to know that the visa was actually successful and on time, according to the agreement stipulated. As for the price, they are totally fair and extremely competitive, if not cheaper, than most agencies. I cannot be more grateful than I am for their professionalism. I had an amazing experience with Thai Visa Center with my retirement visa extension. I had been in touch over email with Grace and when I arrived in bkk as my flight was early I reached the office before 10am. I thought oh lord will have to wait for an hour but was so happy and amazed when a staff member opened the door and took all my docs with a smile and welcomed me warmly and in 10 Mins I was done and I left for my hotel. In 4 days my entire process was completed and on 5th day my passport was delivered to my hotel. My experience has been so amazing with the entire team and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionals to handle their visa matters.
