I recently ordered business cards from GoGoPrint. While the final cards themselves look nice and the print quality is ok, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. At the time of purchase, I specifically selected plastic cards with rounded corners. After paying the initial fee, I was told I hadn’t paid for the design service, so I had to pay extra for that. I then clearly requested rounded corners and plastic cards again. Later, I was informed that rounded corners required an additional fee, which I also paid. When the cards finally arrived, they were paper cards, not plastic as originally requested and selected. Although the finished cards look decent, the repeated extra charges and the fact that the final product didn’t match what I ordered made the entire process disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

gina is the worst. she cannot understand that in cancelling the cart. she also has to cancel my bank charge. we already agree to cancel the cart. but she did not / forgot to cancel my bank charge. my company was suppose to pay via the bank transfer so we decided to cancel credit card payment. i found out in time so we didnt pay 2x. I concur these guys run a scam I tried them for a second time. The first time, I ordered Same Day, somehow, my file became not printable, and basically, I had to also use their design service Despite the first experience, I decided to try them again, and again ordered Same Day I contacted them yesterday in Line with the file, and they said it was printable. I submitted my order at 10:22. They contacted me at 11:47 and said the file could not be opened. I contacted them in Line and sent them the file they said they opened yesterday, again. They then responded they couldn't open the file again! When I called them out on that fact, they then said they can open it, but can't save it. Basically, the feeling I get is they: 1) Have no intention of doing same day, they charge the premium and they make excuses last minute and shift the blame to you 2) Opportunity to upsell you design services by saying your file doesn't meet their standards I have no problem paying more money if I can get what I want. Advertising something and then actively replacing it with an inferior product is by definition a SCAM
