My boy wanted to perm his hair but his hair was too stubborn and too straight that the perm didn’t turned out. The salon was so nice and professional that they only charge for the hair cut (1000baht) and didn’t charge for the perm because it wasn’t successful. Highly recommended because of their honesty. Hair cut was nice too.

Had never cut my hair in BKK before. Since I had a little time on a Sunday off work and that Centara Grand is walking distance, I decided to try Pedro. It's located on the 23rd floor. Pedro personally attended to each customer, suggesting what cut to have. After which, the stylist will personally wash your hair. The shampoo, massage was very relaxing. After which, I observed the stylist's work. He meticulous layered and styled there after. The ambience is soothing with comfy waiting area. Premium cut and feel good 110%. I'll be back.

I came for highlights and a roots touch up. I specificly said I didn't want silver or Grey tone and didn't want to bleach from my scalp. The roots touch up came out yellow. They said they can either bleach more or make a root shadow. Since they have been working on my hair for 6h hours already, we agréed on roots shadow. They made it dark Grey, cold tone but the rest of my hair were a nice cloud blond.... I go home because it was late and didn't plan to stay that long. No commercial gesture. Next day I asked them to fix my roots. And it got worst. They bleached all the way from my scalp and couldn't correct the yellow tone. Fortunatly they didn't ask me.to pay but my hair are a mess and really damaged.
