I arrived about 15 minutes late, but they still welcomed me warmly without any issue. The treatment was wonderful—my face felt smooth and clean afterward, and the lady’s hands were very soft. Her voice was very calming, she was very kind throughout the whole experience, and she took the time to explain all the machines and treatments she was using on my face, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. This is a little heaven hidden inside a skytrain station. While looking for a clinic for a simple skincare/facial, I saw the reviews and wanted to give it a try. Wow! It was way beyond any expectation I can have! Fah was incredibly gentle and professional. Navigated me through each step and made the experience amazing. Can’t wait to come back!
