i had this one person who gave me a haircut. i asked for a low taper and asked him to trim the top. while he cut me the top, i precisely asked him not to cut a straight line (as it would look like a bowl cut) he said “yes i know, i just cut the line first then trim” then in the end, he still gave me a bowl hair cut with a straight line above my eye brows. It is very frustrating when u ask for something precise and then end up doing exactly what you don’t like. paying 600 thb for a basic haircut that is not even end up being good is ridiculous. i won’t come back and i really hope you don’t share the same experience, maybe i was also unlucky and ended up being with the worse hairdresser of the salon.

If you’re thinking about coloring your hair here. Please don’t. They are incompetent and unprofessional. I frequently went to get my hair blow dry and cut sometimes and I really liked it. But this time, I decided to get them colored since I really liked them. I went in around afternoon and there were 2 customers in. I sat down to get my hair cut first and then colored. Came the coloring time, I picked organic hair dye since I didn’t want more damage to my hair and thought I want to keep healthy from now on. She started the process and left me to go tend to other clients, since there was an increase in number of customers in the shop. But she completely neglected me even after me saying that the color she just put on my roots are starting to get really light. She said yes that’s fine and asked her other male colleague to come check on me. I mentioned to him again that it seems really light, I wanted a brown with some ashy shade. She then came to me after almost an hour of me sitting and letting the hair color process. And now she proceeds to tell me that yes indeed the color has gotten too light we will have to do a dark brown on top of it. So she did in the sink, meanwhile my scalp is burning from letting it process too long, mind you organic color according to the shop is minimal smell and no burning of the scalp at all. That’s why I picked it. She did the rinse and said come back again whenever I will fix it I take full responsibility because now my hair looks black rather than brown. So I came in the next day (big mistake) to be colored again. I said I’m very upset and disappointed, you completely neglected me. And now I’m having to color it twice. Not my fault, your negligence led me here. She said we’ll make it light now. I said yes please whatever that makes it blend in best, because my root was yellow orange and the rest of my hair dark brown. So she said ok let’s go light now so it can contrast. I proceeded with it because frankly I was really upset and just wanted it to be done so I can leave( on the verge of tears) She apologized and gave me treatments as an apology. I then was done and leaving and the owner said 4,500baht for organic hair color. I said I’m not paying that much when you claimed I wouldn’t be experiencing burning scalp( I did terribly worse than bleaching) so he said okay 3,500. I paid and left. Frankly I don’t know why I paid them to completely destroy the health of my hair, it is now fragile and dry. And color is so patchy the front bits are dark and half my head on the back are so light. I’m completely disappointed with their service, unprofessional, negligence. Now I have to chop my hair because it’s so damaged and dry and have to pay someone else somewhere to correct their mistake. Think carefully before you decide on getting your hair colored here. They will rank you according to your status and age. They will tend to the Madam’s and friends or rich Mr’s before coming to you and you’ll be their last choice.
