Great building! Security Team is Excellent! Excellent Starbucks!! Great 7/11! The man maintaining the garden and grounds is Next Level Amazing! The Grounds around the place are perfect! Excellent! The grass is trimmed perfectly. He is very friendly and shows a true passion. I believe this helps others keep the place flawless… I rarely see any garbage. The security team managing cars and parking is excellent. Very nice! This is one of my favorite buildings. The Starbucks is the best hands down. They make all the drinks perfectly, which was hard to find in Bangkok. They are professional baristas. They are exceptional team at this Starbucks.
