Let me tell you the reason I gave one star. So I’m a US veteran, I want to use GI Bill to go to this school. They told me to apply first and somebody in charge of VA GI Bill from the school will contact me. I did apply, after that, somebody emailed me and with a few people CC in the email. They asked me for bunch of documents which I already uploaded on the application portal and also they asked me for my Social Security Number (if you live in US, you know you can’t give out that info easily like that). I responded and asked them why I have to provide that info and asked them if it is secured when many people in that email and can I trust all of you with my SSN. They ignored me, even after I emailed them a second time to apologize if I said something that they didn’t like. But no response and that’s really unprofessional from them. I hope somebody from the school read this and find out why like this. I didn’t say anything wrong really, I just want to make sure my info is secured and especially they need the copy of my SS card which contains sensitive info. I quit! I won’t be attending this school. Very unprofessional.
