Sompong Thai Cooking School

Fantastic cooking class! The setup at Sompong is highly organized, and the teacher did an excellent job explaining all the ingredients and techniques clearly. Even if you don't have a lot of cooking experience, they make it so easy and enjoyable to follow along. The dishes were delicious, and I actually feel confident that I can recreate them at home. A definite must-do, five stars!

An incredible experience for anyone who wants to learn Thai cooking! Our instructor June welcomed us with a big smile and happy energy. She led us through the nearby market street and showed us local vendors who made fresh coconut cream. The cooking class was so fun, June’s instructions were very clear and each dish had a demonstration before we started cooking. The entire staff was helpful and circulated to make sure everyone was successful. It was a wonderful experience that I’ll treasure for a long time as I make dishes from the cookbook they gave us.

Super nice experience！they will take us to the market in the morning and show us around,very patiently introducing the materials we will use today. I opted for their popular morning coures， featuring three iconic Thai dishes: Tom Yum Goong (spicy and sour shrimp soup), Khao Pad Krapao (Thai basil fried rice), and Mango Sticky Rice—a trio of timeless favorites that perfectly capture the essence of Thai cuisine. The instructor guided us with incredible patience, breaking down each step in detail, while the entire staff remained attentive and ready to assist whenever needed. Even complete cooking novices could whip up flavorful, authentic-tasting dishes with ease, thanks to their supportive guidance. It was an incredibly memorable and rewarding experience that truly highlighted the joy of Thai cooking.
