BKK Tours

This is our third review. Day 1 we did Bangkok highlights and you can see the Google review under Pete Birch. Day 2 Floating and Railway Markets, and you can see the review on Trip Advisor as Arctic Circle. Day 3 was War Cemetary, the Death Railway, Hellfire Pass, Bridge over the River Kwai and boat ride to the POW Museum. Another fantastic day organised by BKK tours. Took us to the best spots where other tourists didn't go including an awesome lunch. Great insights on the journey. Also, like Day 2, the van we travelled in was luxurious. Thanks so much Nes.

Decided we wanted guided tours of Bangkok so booked three separate tours with BKK and will leave a review of each. Michael, owner, communicated brilliantly throughout the booking process. We paid into their Wise Australia account which was great as we could see the transfer recipient which means the transaction is safe. First tour completed today with Nes, the Highlights Tour. Train trip to the Grand Palace, boat ride through Old Bangkok, a couple more temples, lunch and then the flower and vegetable markets. With a couple of Tuk Tuk rides in the middle. Obviously the temples are stunning but loved the boat ride around the old town fronts. Massive monitor lizards on show, much bigger than you see in the parks. Nes was brilliant and informative. Can’t wait for our next two trips, Railway/Floating Markets and The River Kwai. I’ll review these separately.

I had done an AI search prior to leaving the US to find the best tour company and the best tour guide. We are very fortunate that BKK Tours, and their guide, Air were available! Air’s English language skills were impeccable. We felt like the cost of the tour was well worth it given that we saw so much more in two days than we normally would have. Bangkok is overwhelming, and if you want to do the city in the most efficient way, highly recommend!
