Absolutely no headache whatsoever, which is exactly what you would expect. Reasonably priced, fair choice of cars, all looking as in the pictures! They gave us the car we reserved, it was ready, clean, and with full insurance, dropping the car off was a breeze! Definitely our 1st go-to rental provider at BKK for any future visits!

The car rental experience was excellent from start to finish. I chose full insurance, which gave me complete peace of mind. I received a nearly brand-new car with only 800 kilometers on it. I drove around 4,000 kilometers without any issues at all. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the vehicle and the overall service. The return process was even easier than expected, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I rented a car at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and returned it three days later at Don Mueang Airport. When I rented a car at Suvarnabhumi Airport on February 13, the Drive Rental Car staff seemed very busy. I waited 20 minutes to rent the car. When the rental car arrived, it was extremely dirty, both inside and out. The stains were not easily removed by rubbing with my hand. I complained, but the rental car staff said they would rent the car to me with the severe stains on the exterior. He then noted the most severe stains on paperwork. I took photos of the stains right then and there. Three days later, I returned the car to Don Mueang Airport, but the staff at Don Mueang Airport blamed me for the stains, saying, "This is new staining! We'll charge you for the damage." Without immediately reviewing the damage documentation written by the staff at Suvarnabhumi Airport, the staff claimed responsibility for the stains. I repeatedly denied it! I had photographs to prove it! The stains were there before I rented the car! But he wouldn't listen. I've used this rental car company many times before. There was a helpful female staff member who extended my rental period or quickly changed my return location, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and earthquakes when Grab and taxis were unavailable. However, this was the first time I'd been treated so badly. I explained the situation many times to the incompetent staff at Don Mueang Airport, and finally, after seeing my photos and the documents recorded by the staff at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, they admitted that I wasn't to blame. He wasn't satisfied with just the documents they had prepared at the start of the rental! This was the first time I'd ever been treated so badly, suspicious of a customer. If I hadn't taken photos of the terrible stains when I rented the car at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, I might have had to pay the cleaning fee. Always take photos! Even if it takes time, be sure to take photos of every corner of the car. Also, when I rented the car, the gas tank wasn't full. After driving two kilometers, I took photos of the gauges as evidence and complained. As soon as I started driving, the gauge's number [1] went down. I immediately reported this to the rental car company on WhatsApp. They said it was fine if I returned the car with one gas gauge down, but such a subtle adjustment is not easy. I had no choice but to return it with a full tank of gas. Generally, this issue can be resolved by asking the customer to show the gas station where they filled up and the receipt, and the staff can check. It is unfair to impose the obligation on the new renter to fill up the tank of gas without even checking this. Please be careful when renting a car from this rental company, especially when returning it at Don Mueang Airport.
