Excellent boxing club, instructors are so nice and friendly but they still taught proper technique and ensured we were not injured. Really enjoyed it and will definitely come back! The price is very reasonable and the location is super convenient and located in the heart of Ekamai.

🥊An intense but beginner-friendly Muay Thai class. (5/5) Located on the 3rd floor of the building right next to Ekkamai Health Land, this Muay Thai gym is one of those places I must’ve walked past a hundred times and had no idea it was up there. The 90-minute class is run by four rotating coaches, and more than half of it is basically 1-on-1. Each one had a different style and focus, which kept things interesting and dynamic. They were all incredibly kind and motivating, and adjusted the intensity based on each person’s level. I’m a total beginner, but there were also regulars who’ve been coming for over a year. Everyone seemed to be learning at their own pace.

I went for many classes at cheeks, I pretty much like it, they have many Kris and you may one by one and is nice for any level, if is your first time no need to be afraid. Is great locations downstairs has many restaurants. Shower is not so comfortable, and toilet is in the building not in the same level of cheeks. They have water for sell 15 bath the small bottles, and also if you need cloths you may buy there as well. The krus as very friendly and fun, and they know how to motivate you. They have the gloves if you need it but is not in good conditions.

Negative Reviews
Too small, too packed. They should accept less people and focus on quality, especially when you welcome mostly beginners. Soil would require a deep clean from time to time... My feet were black and filthy at the end of the training. 15thb for a small bottle of water

It was okay. After a brief warming up, you are left on your own to entertain yourself. Instructors will come and collect you to do padwork. In total everyone gets 3 rounds. I've trained at gyms in Thailand where padwork is also only done by instructors (which I like) but at least at other gyms they make sure you train properly in between rounds by giving out exercises to help improve your skills (kicks, knees, etc.). At Cheeks, most people were just sitting and waiting for the instructors, who were more occupied with each other. What I did like was that the instructors made sure to meet everyone at their own level and pace during padwork. Wouldn't train here again.
