Dear to whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your go-karting venue. I would first like to note that this was my second time visiting. During my first visit, everything went smoothly and the service was satisfactory. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience and left me extremely disappointed. From the beginning, the customer service was unprofessional. Due to an issue with your registration system, my photo was mistakenly mixed up with my brother’s. Instead of calmly assisting in resolving what was clearly a system error, one staff member repeatedly raised her voice at me and insisted that I “change it,” speaking as though we were causing a delay — despite the problem originating from the system itself. We were informed that consent was required for my brother, so I registered him together with me as instructed. However, the system continued to malfunction. When I mentioned that I might consider going to another go-karting venue due to the ongoing issue, another staff member kindly stepped in after seeing the problem directly on my phone and assisted appropriately. At that point, the staff member who had been raising her voice remained silent. Additionally, although we purchased two races, we were initially given only one ticket. Staff members responded as though we were mistaken about our purchase. It was only after we confronted the same staff member again that the correct tickets were finally printed for us. While the karts provided for the first race were in good condition, the karts given during the second race were noticeably poorer in performance and overall quality. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, particularly because the situation stemmed from what should have been a simple registration process handled professionally. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar treatment.
