I would like to share my inspiring experience practicing yoga with Justin at Iyengar Yoga. After undergoing hip replacement surgery due to a car accident, my doctor once told me, “You will never be able to sit cross-legged again.” What’s truly incredible is that after practicing Iyengar Yoga with Justin consistently, my body gradually transformed in remarkable ways. Not only has my walking improved significantly, but I am now able to sit cross-legged again—something I never thought possible. I am deeply grateful to Justin for this. Justin’s teaching is meticulous and attentive to every detail of posture, always adapting the practice to suit each student’s physical ability. This has made me feel confident and safe throughout my journey. For anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, and restore mobility, I wholeheartedly recommend Iyengar Yoga with Justin. This is more than just yoga practice—it has given me back my abilities and quality of life.
