Je Ben Pad Ngi Ngao operates from a pickup truck in Chinatown with a chef who's been cooking this way for years. Her stir-fried noodles smell like proper wok and taste even better—every bite is savory and satisfying without needing to ask for more seasoning. The dish Pad Ngi-Ngao (stir-fried noodles) is perfectly balanced; the Special Suki Haeng arrives loaded with fresh shrimp, pork, squid, and organ meats.

Found this incredible roadside spot and it did not disappoint. • Pad Ngi-Ngao: Don't let the name fool you! It’s a stir-fried noodle dish that is perfectly seasoned. Every bite is savory and "Glom-Glom" (mellow). • Special Suki Haeng: This one is loaded with fresh ingredients—shrimp, pork, squid, and pork kidney (liver/offal). The highlight is definitely the Suki sauce; it’s bold, tangy, and elevates the whole dish. Great vibes, authentic taste, and very affordable. Definitely coming back!

Is a hidden gem seriously. Fried noodles are delicious filled with wok smell. I ordered the sea food Fried kway tiao. Is really good. Is a must try if you are near by. It doesn't have an attractive store out look that can attract you. But the food they sell will definitely attract you. The chef is an old age lady so there will be a little waiting time. She is so cute, after we finish our food, she keep on asking us "how is the taste, do you like it?" Do try it out but once again, there will be some waiting time but is worth the wait.

This place is real gem! Within a week, I already ate here twice and tried 2 different dishes! And already I’m planning on my next visit and what I want to order. This talented and lovely chef makes her food even more enjoyable. You can taste her passion and pride in every bite. She has been cooking off her pickup truck for over 40 years and still looks so happy doing it. The first bite I had, I fell in love with the flavor of the hot sauce that came with the dish. The sauce has all flavors with a hint of sweetness that balances other flavors especially the spiciness which has the right amount of heat. Besides the hot sauce, I absolutely loved the other elements in the dish which made it so much fun to eat. The best out of all elements was Moo Deng that looks like ground pork meatballs but has a lot of flavors with a great texture. So make sure to visit Jae Ben when you find yourself walking around Bangkok Chinatown and look for amazing food that creates memories!
