This gym branch is relatively small, and the space and equipment may not be sufficient during peak hours. There are no urinals in the restroom area, so some members use the shower room instead, which affects cleanliness and overall convenience. Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, the gym is usually very crowded. Members often have to wait for equipment, which makes it feel less worthwhile to sign up if you plan to work out during these peak hours.

I’ve been a member of Jets Fitness for some time, but my experience has been consistently disappointing due to ongoing issues that undermine the gym’s appeal. The pricing structure is frustratingly inconsistent, with unclear terms that seem to change without notice. The card scanner at the entrance doesn't scan the card after registering or applying, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Billing options are equally problematic, lacking transparency and flexibility. Most recently, I was shocked to learn that the gym’s “24-hour” access is misleading. It’s only available to those who commit to a three-month membership, while one-month members are restricted to 08:00-22:00 hours. Meanwhile, the staff seem more preoccupied with their own distractions, such as playing mobile games like ROV, than addressing member concerns. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning to Jets Fitness and cannot recommend it to others seeking a reliable and professional gym experience.

The fitness center announced that renovations would start at 11 PM, but at 10 PM, workers were already sanding and painting, causing strong odors and dust. It felt like they were trying to force people out of the fitness. Please inform the responsible personnel about this. If you are going to change the closing time or the working hours, you should notify us accurately.
