I had the best day exploring Kaeng Krachan National park with Nat and Mr. Rod. Nat was so knowledgeable on the wildlife and vegetation in the park. He had a keen eye and pointed out many dusky langurs, a sun bear, cormorants, kingfishers, and my favourite, the great hornbill! Mr. Rod was a stellar driver! I felt so comfortable with them both and had a lot of fun.

My experience with oriental escape was excellent! We booked an overnight stay in bangkok during our cruise. We booked a private transport to and from the port along with private tuk tuk food tour and then floating market and train market the next morning. The transportation was early for every part of the overnighter. I received an email that transportation had arrived an hour before our scheduled time. Finding our guide holding a sign with our name was easy. The tuk tuks were at the hotel early as well. We were brought to many excellent restaurants and we had a fabulous time. The following morning, we were picked up at the hotel for the Floating market and train market. It was a rushed morning due to the long transport back to the cruise. But we saw everything and they got us back to the cruise terminal with time to spare. I would definitely use oriental escape again for our next trip to Thailand.

We ordered a taxi from Laem Chabang Port to a hotel in central Bangkok for January 5th. The driver failed to arrive on time. When we contacted the dispatcher, she confirmed the delay and asked us to wait for 15 minutes; however, the driver was actually 30 minutes late. Furthermore, upon arrival, the driver had a strong odor of alcohol. Throughout the 1.5-hour journey, we had to remain vigilant and closely monitor his driving. It was stressful. We contacted the dispatcher again; she apologized and asked us to share our feedback via WhatsApp, promising to contact us later regarding compensation (either a partial refund or complimentary service). We did. Nobody contacted us as promised. No refund. Nothing. Summary: • Overpriced service. • Irresponsible driver: The driver may be late (bear in mind esp when you need a taxi to the airport). • No follow-up on feedback as promised. • No compensation provided. Pros: • The vehicle was clean and comfortable. • Responsive dispatcher (initial communication was quick)
