I visited PowerZone Gym on 4/29/23, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and the place has a very authentic, welcoming vibe. More for those who are looking for the old school bodybuilding gym type of feel, but it would be a wonderful experience nonetheless because of the welcoming nature of the people running the business. As it stands, a day pass is 200 Baht, and for those looking for more of a long-term commitment, a monthly pass is 1000 Baht- money well spent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Proper gym, day pass is 200 baht. No AC, so expect to sweat lots. All the equipment that you would need is there though. Open 9:30-21:30

Best explicit body training facility, many professionals. Have all equipment with average quality. In-House healthy kitchen is also available. Parking spot is quite hard during the peak hour.

Negative Reviews
Not bad, has a lot of weight. If you come for a chest day, be advised that there is very limited access to a bench. The bench itself slides around the matt and doesn’t offer much support if you’re lifting heavy. It is remarkable that this is a power lifting gym, but access to stable flat benches is scarce. There are more affordable gyms.
