The condo itself is very good. Friendly reception. The management, office, staff - everything is good. But please avoid contacting Chanin for renting the room. We have rented the room #1111 for a year. We left the room in a good condition and clean (I have photos and video proving that). However, Chanin took from our deposit around 20,000 baht for minor repairs, for bed sheet and etc. When we wanted an explanation he just ignored us. No explanations, he just deducted the amount he assumed (no logic behind). He may seem nice and friendly, but when it comes to money, he just ignores. Be aware. I have attached his business card.

I’m sure the concierge team is the BEST among all Bangkok condominiums. Prime location, very easy to access to BTS, schools, convenient stores and high way.

We stayed at this condo for a year starting last March. The reception staff is very friendly and excellent service. The owner of room #2310, where I stayed, has not refunded my deposit after 30 days of the deposit refund period stated in the contract. This condo is great but you need to choose your room carefully.
