Modern and well maintained condo that even has a great management team to ensure the condo is well managed and any issues get quickly resolved. Facilities are also on a hotel level and definitely some of the best in Bangkok for any Condo! Only negative I can think off is the internet quality and mobile phone reception from time to time.. but heard they are fixing that 😄

Cockroaches! Very bad management! Security guards let strangers walk around. Security guards are very rude and unprofessional and scream insults all the time and are not respectful.

Nice building and facilities, perpetually messed up elevators and a management that will shut your water off after 1 notice and 162 baht overdue.

Security: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Water Quality: 🚱 Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do other units also have water of this color? Do they use additional filters? I'm curious to know. There is also rust in the washing machine's detergent dispenser. The lessor have replaced the rusty boiler, but even after that, there was no change in the color of the bathtub water 🤷‍♂️
