Immaculately clean, functional apartments, just a few minutes walk to Sanam Pao BTS. The studios are quite spacious with small bathrooms. Good air-con units and the balcony has a nice green view. The building has a compact pool, that's big enough for exercise and a gym. The large supply of bottled water on arrival is useful and very thoughtful. A good option close to the BTS but in a quiet location. Staff are friendly and efficient. I'd recommend this place and would stay again.

Perfect stay - no notes at all. Great location: about 3 km from Chatuchak Weekend Market and roughly 15 minutes from Siam Square and ICONSIAM. The tuk-tuk service to the metro was a huge plus and made getting around very easy. Would happily stay here again.

Decent room, good area, but some scope for improvements.. Keep in mind that this a serviced apartment, not a hotel; and set your expectations based on that. The building is located on a small alley, but close to the BTS. They clean the room once a week, so no daily room makeup. As a serviced apartment, they should have provided an iron and ironing board, this was a major shortfall to me. The bed area, specially the pillow/pillow case/ headboard was dusty which triggered my dust allergy. We forgot 2 bottles of our personal shower gel in the shower, but when asked in the afternoon when we went back to collect the luggages, they said the cleaning persons didn’t find anything.

Pros: Location is good as it’s located within a walking distance to Sanam Pao BTS. They provide useful facilities for the guests such as free Tuk Tuk service to BTS, free laundry and dry service (just need to bring your own detergent), weight scale for measuring luggage. Cons: We stayed 13 nights at 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms (one is in the master room, another one is at outside hallway). Our room is located at 7th floor. There were three issues we encountered. 1. The bad smell from outside bathroom. 2. Water temperature is not consistent in both bathrooms, it suddenly changed from cold to hot and hot to cold and it’s difficult to control. 3. Refrigerator’s door was not closed properly. After 2 days, we noticed that the bad smell came from the outside bathroom, especially when the floor is wet. We told to the receptionist and they sent the service men to dry the room. It only resolved for few hours. The smell came back again. So we called the service men everyday. After 8 days, we ran out our patience and requested to change the room. The next day we were given a room at 6th floor for remaining 4 nights. The new room does not have all above issues. They should have given a good room since day 1 since we long-stayed there. Due to the above issues, our stay was not fully pleasant.
