I’m so happy I discovered Bungee Physio at this gym! I initially found it because I was already a Pilates member here, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of exercise I both love and truly need. Bungee Physio has helped my body cope so much better with office syndrome. It’s fun, exciting, and feels like a workout jam session, while still giving me the deep stretch and full-body engagement I’m looking for. The instructors are amazing. Nat built a strong foundation for me, focusing on proper posture and technique, with great music and super fun moves. Kwang brings such energetic, fast-paced sessions that are equally fun and motivating. I genuinely look forward to my session every week. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something different, effective, and enjoyable!!

This is my go to pilates studio in Thong Lo! I always come back here for a solid class that combines the intensity and softness that the experience of reformer pilates truly embodies! The space is bright and airy, all equipment is new, and facilities are always clean. I've only had positive experiences with all the instructors and staff here, everyone is so lovely. It truly feels like a more intimate class where they instructors are always giving great feedback and helping with form throughout. Thanks for being a place of sanctuary for me
